Sales Information

When looking for a suitable apartment, you can submit an inquiry through the website or contact the sales manager. Apartments can be reserved until a suitable purchase agreement is signed or, if desired, a long-term reservation agreement with a reservation fee is concluded.

When purchasing with a bank loan, please contact the sales manager before submitting a loan application to the bank. Banks usually contact the seller first and submit their offers.

The sales manager prepares a draft notarized sales agreement based on the submitted information. When signing the notarized real right contract, the purchaser must pay the apartment purchase price in full, less the amount already paid under the reservation agreement.

Before signing the notarised real right sales agreement, the apartment will be inspected together with the Buyer, the solutions and equipment in the apartment will be introduced, and the completed works will be reviewed to ensure that everything complies with the agreed terms.

After signing the notarised real right agreement, the apartment will be handed over to the Buyer together with the key sets, maintenance and user manuals, and the utility meter readings will be recorded.

The Apartment Price Includes

  • interior finishing
  • connection to electricity, water, sewerage and district heating networks
  • readiness for ordering communication services

The Apartment Price Does Not Include

  • notary fees and state fees
  • connection to communication networks
  • kitchen furniture, kitchen appliances or other furnishings

Sales Warranty

The apartment is covered by a two-year sales warranty, which begins when possession of the apartment is transferred to the Buyer. If possession is transferred before the building receives its occupancy permit, the warranty expires two years after the occupancy permit is issued.

The warranty applies to completed construction works, used materials and installed equipment, and does not apply to defects caused by improper use or by construction and finishing works carried out after handover.

Defects that prevent the use of the apartment are remedied at the earliest opportunity, while other defects are resolved after the warranty period ends. The apartment is covered by a two-year sales warranty, during which the developer carries out the necessary warranty works at their own expense.
